Exploring the Worlds of Radio & Technology
Welcome to my shack! I'm a ham radio operator and tech enthusiast passionate about electronics, DIY projects, and self-hosted solutions.
My Hobbies & Interests
Ham Radio
Exploring the world of amateur radio with my shack, antennas, and various operating modes. Currently licensed as KJ7ABC.
DIY Projects
Building and tinkering with electronics, IoT devices, and various tech projects. From simple circuits to complex systems.
Homelab
Self-hosting services and experimenting with networking, virtualization, and server technologies in my home lab.
My Ham Radio Journey
From my first handheld to a full HF station, exploring the airwaves and connecting with the world.
The Shack
My radio shack has evolved over the years from a simple desk setup to a dedicated space with proper grounding, cable management, and ergonomic considerations.
Current setup includes an Icom IC-7300 for HF, a Yaesu FT-991A for HF/VHF/UHF, and various accessories for digital modes and contesting.
